Staff are trained to NVQ Level II in every aspect of housekeeping, so the work is done properly in expensive kitchens, on delicate floors and around your own things.
A thorough vetting process
Identity, address and immigration checks, at least two employer references, practical cleaning tests and criminal record checks before anyone works in a client's home.
The same team each week
You are given the same cleaners week to week, with a back-up team covering holidays and sickness.
Everything supplied
All the equipment and materials needed for your clean are provided by the company.
No agency fees
No commission, no yearly or monthly charge. Work is charged at a pre-arranged fixed price for the property, or per hour.
Free ironing collection
The Ironing Emporium collects your ironing bag and returns it to you, free of charge, within 48 hours.
